How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenât received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youâve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Elemnt (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Exactly as pictured and once together it is very sturdy with adequate flex to prevent splintering/breaking. Once your shins get sore you can simply place your feet on the bottom slat for a comfortable seated position allowing you to carry on working for longer periods switching between positions easily. After 2 long days of use my lower back and hip flexors already feel better with zero aches or pains!

Shipment was probably fast. I did not see the Schenker notification in mailbox. So that was my misstake. Took some time to put the chair together. Nice quality. Instructions could be better. Sitting on the chair make me keep correct posture. So chair works for keeping my backpain away. The construction is abit flimsy sideways. Not affecting function but reducing the feeling of robust quality.

Fast delivery, I asked for it one morning and it came to me the next! This chair has completely transformed my way of sitting, it helps me to maintain a comfortable and healthy posture, even working in front of the computer for many hours. I have discovered different points of support that gives me extra comfort and the soft swinging gives a relaxation point to my moments of concentration. In addition to its ergonomics, I love its aesthetics. Its original and minimalist style fits perfectly into any space and, when I'm not using it, it is easily collected under the table, saving space. Well... that eating it! :)
Arrived incredibly fast in Mexico in just 2 or 3 days!! Is as described. Very comfortable and functional. The pimples only hurt a little after a long time, but I understand it is normal and over time the body gets used to posture. Many thanks to the seller!
Good quality/price ratio (if bought with promo as I did). The biggest problem is the assembly, other users have already reported that it is difficult to assemble, but NOBODY said that the instructions given are approximate and even wrong in some passage. Very difficult to understand which part goes forward, which back, and in what direction to mount the horizontal supports, due to the particular shape of the chair. The assembly instructions should be improved, otherwise there is a risk of having to waste as much time or worse, of damaging parts of the chair in attempts to figure out how to mount it.

Super fast order, order placed on 12 June 2024 arriving on 14 June 2024. Equal to the image, it took me a little bit to put it together. At the top where one sits, if all moves. Is very comfortable. Quality is good. I liked it a lot and for an affordable price compared to others.
Chair arrives with english manual to assemble it, also arrives with extra screws. Does its job for a 1/2 of the price of an equivalent one. Only gripe is the fact that it wobbles a little, not much, if you move sideways. Great buy. reccommend. very fast delivery.

Amazing chair! Sturdy, light, beautiful and comfortable. The way you sit naturally straightens your spine and you feel taller. The rocking motion is more of an exercise than a relaxation but the chain is perfectly stable while your hands are on a table. It's great for bigger desks like mine but don't recommend for cramped spaces.

Great chair. sturdy and comfortable. does make my shins sore but hopefully will make them a bit stronger over time. one star dock because the packaging was poor..screws were all loose in the box. there was also a hole in the bottom of the box. luckily, I was not missing any of them.

This chair drastically improved my productivity and posture. Before, I would kneel on foam pads because sitting in chairs is mega stinky. if you are tired of being mega stank or using kneepads as a "straight" man, (depends on whose asking ;) ... BUY THIS CHAIR. It is genuinely amazing.
beautiful and comfortable chair. Itâs worth it. But I have to say, itâs such a pain to assemble. The manual doesnât always give you the right answer/order. For example, it tells you the holes on the bottom plank should face downward, however in my case itâs actually the opposite. Although this way itâs easier to assemble. I trusted the manual at first so I had to disassemble half way and redo everything :(. Another tip from me - itâs important to assemble the short horizontal plank first.
Arrived in less than 48 hours. it's bigger than a average chair in height. it's confortable. seems a little weak with a few audible cracks some times, but I've been sitting today (70kg) and didn't bulge. installation was easy, but watch out for the planks, they're different sizes and have slopes: the bigger one is on the bottom, with screws below. the smaller one is in the back, with screws to the inside.
