How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Elemnt (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Package arrived in a record time, and thanks to the excellent packaging, in perfect shape! The kit comes with an illustrated assembly manual and it's super complete: all screws are there (nicely packed in ziploc bags), there's even a bag with cage nuts. All tools you need other than a Phillips 2 screwdriver are included as well. Tip: there's a lot of screws to be tightened, having a torque-controlled electric screwdriver is recommended. Assembly took +- 30 minutes for 1 person. Once assembled the unit is absolutely stable, it doesn't flex at all. I use the 12U one for rackable servers so I had to extend the rack to +- its maximum depth. Obviously there's a gap behind the top plate if one does that :-) I highly recommend this open frame rack for its quality and its versatility! Thumbs up to VEVOR!
very quick shipping to US, from US warehouse, very nice quality, you need to put to together yourself, but this is known beforehand. Much cheaper than other US retailers for same item, does exactly what I need it to.
Fast delivery and surprisingly good build quality. Had some scratches and some screws were a bit hard to get in but once assembled it's very solid and sturdy. The wheels are great too, it slides around very smoothly. If you don't have friends it's no problem, you can assemble it alone with a an electric screwdriver. You can do it with a screwdriver but you will get blisters. It takes about one hour to assemble the rack alone. Comes with two trays but I'm going to buy some more things for the rack. For the price I paid it exceeds my expectations by a lot. It's a perfect and very affordable rack to build a small home lab. Negative: My wife thinks it's ugly and she hates it. I love it. I hope it doesn't break our marriage.
The products quality is overall good, only downside are smaller damages in the paintwork could be due to transportation or maybe a general problem idk.
Doesn't look exactly like the pictures, annoyingly the rack has numbers on the front of rack to show the rack units? Overwise I'm happy with the rack, solid build quality, decent instructions, good price. Quick shipping, would reccomend to anybody who wants a cheap rack.

The rack is of very good quality, and wheels and wall mount accessories are included.Very good quality and good mounting instructions. The rack is robust and stable. It can support a lot of weight. The only negative thing is that the parts came with a lot of scratches. They must have happened before packaging because the packaging was very good.
This is a great little rack for the price, it's sturdier than I expected. It says you need two people to assemble it, I did it alone in an hour. This is one of the last pieces for my little home lab.
Arrived fast, packed well. All parts fit ok, nice quality for this price. Build instruction is clear. Did alone in lest than one hour (with breaks ;).
defiantly use a electric drill to screw in the bolts. it cuts the threads as they go on. using s hand tool is rough. it's not fully square, some holes don't like up perfect but you can make it work. the Shelves are really tough, and will sag a bit under weight but not enough to be an issue. it's fairly simple to assemble.
A very good strong rack, much cheaper than amazon ☺️. Rack has numbers printed on from to represent the level of U (I.e 1 U, 2U) but that’s not an issue for me.
